Charting Your Path: Navigating Real Brokerage

Once you are a REAL agent you will receive an email with your login information for Workplace (Real’s version of Facebook). Workplace is where you will find all the training REAL provides including REAL Academy, REAL Referral Groups, AI Assistant and Power Dialing. These tools are not usually included with most broker companies but REAL provides them to their agents for a much cheaper price.

Real creates financial opportunities for their agents by offering better commission splits, best-in-class technology, revenue sharing and equity incentives. Additionally, your broker is only a call or text away from you in case of any questions or concerns. You can also message them directly through Workplace AND every transaction has a chat log built into it where you can talk to your broker and processors about the deal at any point during the transaction.
